As a regional director for Adventures in Missions, I get to work with over 80 ministry contacts throughout Central America. Every month, I will be highlighting a country I work with at Adventures in Missions. I will be sharing stories from the field, highlighting ministries we partner with and sharing ways in which you can pray with us. Please partner with me and Adventures in Missions as we disciple through missions and serve ministries.
January’s country is… Costa Rica!
Costa Rica was the third country on my World Race and now I am blessed to continue building relationships and working with ministries there with my role at Adventures in Missions. While in Costa Rica my team worked with Zoe School for Leaders in Heredia, teaching English, leading children’s ministry and led morning devotions. It was a wonderful month where my team and I were able to spend time with several missionaries and build great friendships.
While in Costa Rica, the Lord taught me how to depend on him through fasting and prayer. I remember some of the best times of worship there, in a tree, overlooking a sunset or looking up at the stars.
I am so thankful that I can continue building the relationships I began on the World Race. We will send teams to Zoe School for Leaders in March and October this year, and I am excited for them to experience the community and discipleship in Heredia, Costa Rica!

Thanksgiving celebration- Dani, Christina, Lu and I. Dani was on my World Race team and Christina and Lu were attending the school we worked at and were a part of the devotionals we were a part of for the month. Great people!
